David Gnozzi is a platinum mixing/mastering engineer and producer,
as well as the creator and host of the popular YouTube channel MixbusTV.
Former professional musician with 2 albums published (Universal Records and Danse Macabre Records), David has been recording and mixing for almost 20 years, he fully dedicated himself to recording, mix and mastering after ending his career as musician in 2010. 

David’s credits include artists like: Deep Purple, McSolaar, Ministry, Ryan Shuck (Orgy, Adema, Julien-K), Ladytron, Felix Da Housecat, Monte Pittman, Daniel Graves (Aesthetic Perfection), Jon Dette (Slayer, Volbeat, Anthrax), Blitz Union, Street Sects, Mad Gallica, Ty Oliver (Powerman 5000), Sammi Doll (IAMX - Bullet Height), System Syn, Danny Blu, Lizzy Jeff, Kaos India, Raygun Romance, Hellfire Society, Robben Ford, Audyaroad, Sydney Valette, Stonebreed, Izzy T, and Italian pop superstar, Valeria Rossi. He mixed various projects for Universal Records, Nettwerk Records and Virgin Radio

In 2024 David mastered the re-issue of Deep Purple's most iconic album Machine Head which includes classic titles such as Smoke On The Water, Highway Star, Space Truckin' and more. In 2017, David worked with one of France’s most famous and influential hip hop artists of all times, MC Solaar, mixing the multiplatinum album Geopoetique. The release also went on to win “album of the year” at the French Music Awards.
In 2014 he started the now popular Youtube channel MixbusTv, which became quickly one of the most trusted and respected online resources for audio mix and mastering. He's known for his detailed highly competent and very technical reviews of pro audio hardware and software.

Now located in Los Angeles, California, David has his own private mix and mastering suite, equipped with some of the best gear available on the market, and many "one off" custom units. Available as a producer,  mix & mastering engineer.

 

David's also discovered and developed upcoming alternative popstar Bella Kelly, currently under exclusive contract with him, he produced with her over 30 songs, the first single/video "Throat" was released (Sony/Orchard) on August 7th 2020. Throat amassed over 75000 views on Youtube to date, and on October 8th, they released her second single/video "Heartbreak Motel" sitting at over 1 MILLION views.

 

David discovered Bella in 2018 and the two have been working together since then, David always had complete vision for this incredible artist and he helped developing her vocal style, image and her songwriting and they became an inseparable power couple.

 

Getting Started in Music.

David got started with music when he was 9 years old, first playing guitar and then gradually incorporating some piano as well. As he remembers, he wasn’t as proficient on either instrument as he would have liked, and eventually gave up playing all together at one point. By the time he was in his early 20s, however, David picked up the instruments again to write and record music as a hobby.
His dabbling became much more than that when he landed a contract with Universal Records as a songwriter and arranger. It was around the same time he actually began recording and mixing as well, mostly in an effort to achieve the sounds he wanted and wasn’t able to get elsewhere/from anyone else.
At that point David realized he not only enjoyed, but had knack for, the recording and mixing craft—much more so than his songwriting/arranging “day job.” He threw himself into recording and mixing, learning as much as he could before having a couple of remixes which gave him the opportunity to call mixing a career.
